Free! OC: Hayato Kikuzawa

*Note - this is Free! as in the anime; not a free OC! ;o)

Name : Hayato (隼人) Kikuzawa (菊沢)

Hayato means 'falcon people' and Kikuzawa means 'chrysanthemum swamp.'
I almost wanted to be mean and name her Takazawa: 'Falcon people' 'Hawk swamp'

Hair: A mixture of different browns.
Eyes: Golden-brown

Likes: Cats, swimming, diving, singing(though not in front of others), spicy food, hanging out.
Dislikes: Dogs, overly sweet things, being underestimated, math, the cold, pressure.

Personality : Happy, supportive, stubborn, can be indecisive, is an emotional crier.

How she joined :
First she was asked by Nagisa, much like everyone in their year, and then later he asked again (insisting because she had a boy's name) and Haruka offered a mascot key-chain. The first time she said she would think about it and the second, creeped out by Haruka's appearance, she says no at first.

Before the second time Hayato was paired with Gō - erm, Kou - for a project and Kou discovered she used to do platform and springboard diving competitively. After she says 'no' to Haruka and Nagisa the second time and those two wander off she's left with Kou and Makoto (who is about to go after his friends) when Kou mentions her diving. After some kind words from Makoto, Hayato says she'll join.

Fun facts!

*When not swimming she likes to float around on her back (much like an otter does).
*Hayato is affectionate with close friends. IE: She hugs them in greeting and tends to stand fairly close without realizing it.
*When scared she'll latch on to the person closest to her (a leg, arm, waist, etc.).
*When overjoyed or extremely excited she'll hug someone close to her.
*She's not that sensitive about having a boy's name.
*Like Kou, she has her moments around shirtless guys (mainly Makoto and later Rin).
